Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Recipe
Pasta is one of those magical products that allow us to make a quick lunch, as well as a chic dinner worthy of five stars!
This recipe is not only delicious but also quick and easy to make. You only need one pan to make this dish, so you don’t have to wash as many dishes! 🍽
YOU WILL NEED: 🧾🛒
– 340g chicken breast fillet – cut into pieces
– 200g mushrooms- cut into 2 or 3 parts
– 300g of pasta
– 3 cups of broth
– 2 cloves chopped garlic
– 3 / 4 cup of low-fat cream
– 1 tsp Italian spices
– 2 / 3 cups hard finely grated cheese
– A pinch of salt and black pepper
– Fresh parsley
– Olive oil for frying
METHOD:
1️⃣Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high temperature. Add the chicken pieces, sprinkle with Italian spices and salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly until they are no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the pan.
2️⃣Add oil to the pan. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Bake, stirring, for about 4 minutes.
3️⃣Add the pasta, chicken and pour in the hot broth. Cover the lid and wait for the water to warm up. Then reduce the temperature to a low temperature and cook for about 15 minutes and stir occasionally.
4️⃣Add cream, sprinkle with cheese, season with salt and pepper. Boil for a couple more minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
