Sales Assistant is to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Daily duties include selling, restocking, merchandising and basic food preparation for the deli counter .
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication, task management
Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments
Keep deli counter, displays, storages clean and tidy
Restocking shelves following FIFO and manage product shelf life
Expected to be able to advise customers and answer questions from stock availability, offers to product price
Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products
