Perfect for refreshing you on a hot summer’s day, this simple yet delicious fresh mango smoothie is an absolute tropical delight.

Serves 1. Prep 5 minutes. Make 10 minutes.
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1 Frozen or Fresh mangoes
- 1/4 tbsp big apple
- 1 tbsp vegetable milk
- 2tbsp of natural yoghurt
- A splash of water
Fresh Mango Smoothie:
Step One:
Prepare fruit, and cut your mango and apple into equally small pieces, making blending easier.
Step Two:
Once you have cut up your fruit, place all the ingredients into a food blender/processor and blend until smooth.
Step Three:
After all the ingredients are blended, you can now serve. Pour your mixture into a 250ml glass. Serve with a spoon or straw, depending on the consistency.
Step Four:
Finally, add the finishing touches and sprinkle the top with dessicated coconut and pieces of mango. Then enjoy!
Top tips
Why not try freezing the smoothie mixture to make a fruit ice lolly?
Switch normal water for coconut water for a tropical twist.
Add some more fruit, and make it a tropical mix with pineapple and kiwi.
Make sorbet with your smoothie mixture simply freeze, then let thaw for a couple of minutes until it’s scoopable and serve
Use a frozen mango for a thicker consistency.
