FOODS RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This policy applies to poor quality products you buy from Lituanica Retail Stores. In that case we take full responsibility to change the item or to return the money back.
There are several rules You need to follow in case You apply for item change or refund:
*You can take the item back during 3 working days after the item was bought, at the same store You bought it, by applying to Store Manager;
*The item needs to be returned together with the original package;
*You will be asked for the receipt, proving the item was owned in that particular store.
 
JEWELLERY RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This policy applies to any jewellery item You owned in Lituanica Jewellery and You are not satisfied with (except all types of earrings). In that case we change the item or return the money back.
There are several rules You need to follow in case You apply for item change or refund:
*You can take the item back during 7 (seven) working days after the item was bought, at the same store You bought it, by applying to Store Manager;
*The item needs to be returned together with the original package, not weared, not damaged, in full complectation;
*You will be asked for the receipt, proving the item was owned in that particular store.
 
LITUANICA LOYALTY CARD POLICY
You can own Lituanica Loyalty Card for free by applying in Lituanica Barking, Beckton, Bedford, King‘s Lynn, Stratford or Walthamstow Stores or restaurants or online: www.lituanicaretail.com/rewards .
You can choose the shape of the Card that is more comfortable for You to use, the conditions to use it are the same.
Lituanica Loyalty Card is supposed to be used by the owner of that particular Card.
By using Lituanica Loyalty Card You collect the points: 1p for each spent £, collected points You can use when shop next time in any of listed above Lituanica Stores.
Lituanica Retail Ltd offers special deals in listed Lituanica Stores, Restaurants, Jewellery, „Madam“ Hair&Beauty Salons. 
When the Card is out of order, it‘s changed for free.
