Peach sunrise non-alcoholic mocktail

Sparkling Peach Sunrise:

A peachy twist on the classic virgin sunrise, this non-alcoholic Mocktail swaps the typical orange juice for peach juice.

Prep 3 mins Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 120ml Radler Non alco with peach juice
  • 70 – 120ml Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 1 1/2 Tbs grenadine

Method:

  1. Pour peach juice over ice into a highball or old-fashioned glass.
  2. Fill with soda.
  3. Slowly pour the grenadine into the drink. It will sink to the bottom and then gradually rise, creating a sunrise effect.
  4. And enjoy!

Sparkling Grapefruit Mocktail:

A non-alcoholic version of the Paloma cocktail.

Prep 5 mins Serves 1 (8-ounce glass)

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Strong green tea
  • 150ml Lite non-alcoholic grapefruit drink
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • 15 – 30ml Maple syrup
Sparkling grapefruit non-alcoholic cocktail

Method:

  1. Brew green tea, allow it to cool and store for later.
  2. Combine the green tea, grapefruit drink, lime juice and maple syrup in the bottom on an 8 ounce (or desired glass).Taste and add more maple syrup to your liking.
  3. Add in some ice cubes, and then garnish with slices of lime or grapefruit.
  4. Enjoy!

Non-alcoholic Raspberry spritz mocktail:

A refreshing and minty non-alcoholic raspberry spritz.

Prep 5 mins Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 120ml Radler Non-alco with raspberry juice
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • 30ml Lime juice

Method:

  1. Add the mint and raspberries into your serving glass and slightly muddle (gently mash).
  2. Add a few ice cubes.
  3. Pour lime juice and non-alcoholic raspberry juice to fill the glass.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves or raspberries.
  5. And enjoy!

Shirley Temple Mocktail:

A non-alcoholic version of the classic Paloma cocktail.

Prep 5 mins Serves 1 (8-ounce glass)

Ingredients:

  • 140ml Lite non-alcoholic cherry drink
  • 100ml ginger ale
  • 1tbs grenadine
  • 1tbs fresh lime juice
  • Maraschino cherries for garnishing

Method:

  1. Add ice to a tall glass and the Lite cherry drink and ginger ale.
  2. Pour in the grenadine and lime juice, then stir.
  3. Top it off with a maraschino cherry to garnish.
