APPLE AND CURD CAKE
Today we share a delicious recipe sent by Mrs. Kristina, who is constantly cooking in the kitchen. 👩🏼🍳
For this recipe, everyday products give birth to a light but fantastic-tasting cake. It is very easy to make, so it is definitely worth a try! We encourage everyone to try this recipe today. ❣️

You will need:
-300 gr flour
-200 gr butter (chilled and grated)
-90 grams of brown sugar
-500 gr of cottage cheese
-2 tablespoons sour cream
-6 large apples (pealed and sliced)
-2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
-Pinch of salt
-Measure out the flour and then put it in a bowl. We then add brown sugar, salt, chilled and grated butter to the flour.
-We mix everything and crush it with our hands.
-Pour this mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (leave a little of the mixture for sprinkling later on top of the cake).
-We then place the sliced apples on top of the crumb mixture in a layer.
-For the curd mixture we mix the curd, eggs, sour cream and vanilla sugar together. This is then poured over the apples, sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top.
-And that’s it! Bake at 180C for about 1 hour if the pan is larger and wider. If your tin is smaller, we bake for ~ 1.5 hours.
