Chocolate Cheesecakes

  • 500g Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • ½ Cup of Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt


  1. Mix the cottage cheese, salt sugar and eggs together 
  2. Add the flour and cocoa. The consistency of the mixture should be a slightly sticky dough
  3. Boil water in a pan 
  4. Dust the surface of the table with flour and roll the mixture into a log. Cut into uniform pieces
  5. Add the dough to the boiling water and remove when they float to the surface
  6. Serve with whipped cream and cherry jam
