Ingredients:
- 500g Cottage Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- ½ Cup of Flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
Method:
- Mix the cottage cheese, salt sugar and eggs together
- Add the flour and cocoa. The consistency of the mixture should be a slightly sticky dough
- Boil water in a pan
- Dust the surface of the table with flour and roll the mixture into a log. Cut into uniform pieces
- Add the dough to the boiling water and remove when they float to the surface
- Serve with whipped cream and cherry jam
