Meatballs with Gherkins
500g mix of Mince Beef and Mince Pork
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Grated Mustard
- 5 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- 8 Gherkins
- Knead the mince, egg mustard, breadcrumbs, dill and seasoning together in a bowl.
- Form rectangular flat patties and put a gherkin in the middle. Mould the meat around the gherkin so that it is completely covered.
- Preheat Oven to 180c
- Place the gherkin meatballs into a foil lined pan and bake until the meat is fully cooked
- Serve with fried potatoes and enjoy!
