Tangy Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 Tub of Cottage Cheese
- 2-3 tbsp ‘Adjika’ or other spicy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream

Method
- Mix the cheese with the sauce and wrap in tin foil. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 200c
- Top the cheese with the sour cream and then carefully wrap back in the tin foil
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Cut open the top of the foil (be careful it will be HOT) and then grill for a couple of minutes
- Serve hot or cooled with an ice cold beer and enjoy!
