Tangy Cottage Cheese


  • 1 Tub of Cottage Cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp ‘Adjika’ or other spicy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream


  1. Mix the cheese with the sauce and wrap in tin foil. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  2. Preheat oven to 200c
  3. Top the cheese with the sour cream and then carefully wrap back in the tin foil
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
  5. Cut open the top of the foil (be careful it will be HOT) and then grill for a couple of minutes
  6. Serve hot or cooled with an ice cold beer and enjoy!
