Banana and Spinach Smoothie

This healthy and nutritious banana and spinach smoothie, full of antioxidants and vitamins, is perfect as a post-workout snack or mid-morning meal. Find out how to make this delicious drink below!

Serves 1 (250ml). Prep 5 minutes. Make 10 minutes

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • A Handful of Spinach
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/3 glass of blueberries
  • 2/3 glass of vegetable milk drink
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • A splash of water

Banana and Spinach Smoothie Instructions:

Step One: Prep your ingredients; cut the banana, kiwi and strawberries into small pieces.

Step Two: once you have prepared the fruit, put the spinach, fruit, milk, and water into a small blender.

Step Three: Blend all the ingredients until pureed.

Step Four: Add the chia seeds into the pureed mixture and leave to stand for 10 minutes until the seeds swell.

Step Five: And serve, pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
